FRAME SYSTEM | STRUCTURAL FAÇADE |

The construction carcass is produced from aluminum structural profile parts for structural facades, the parts include a sealing rubber, fixing kit. Steel connection hubs: STAR type – 4-5-6 directions, powder painted. A set of steel WURTH rivets 6.4 mm for carcass construction.

Each geodesic dome structure is designed according to load calculations. This in turn ensures safety and durability. Our structural engineers can calculate the maximum loads of the equipment suspended by the geodesic dome of regional norms

Triangular shaped panels, façade slabs COSMO PANEL 25mm (Basic option), PVC-XPS-PVC structure of panels. Fastening elements for the slabs with a gasket. Installation glue set for seal treatment. White facade sealant-glue for the finishing and decorative works. A tin perimeter window sill for the waterproofing of the foundation. MDF (Medium Destiny Fiberboard) is now one of the most commonly used composite boards for dome interior and it’s easy to see why.

When cut, it tends to leave a relatively smooth edge unlike some timber boards that split and splinter, and the overall finish achieved when edged or painted can be of a particularly high standard. It’s dense, heavy and durable under most conditions.
